I have a customer trying to use the TUSB6250 as a compact flash card reader in true IDE mode, but they do not want to do firmware development.  Is there a readily available firmware build to enable this?

    TUSB6250_Compact_Flash_FW-HEX-File.zip

We do have a ready-mdae HEX file to use the TUSB6250 as a compact flash reader.

The firmware build is in the file attached.  Please note that the customer must use the CD1/ and CD2/ pins of the TUSB6250 as card detect pins if using this firmware.  Also in the ZIP file is a ref des on how the 6250 needs to interface to a CF card.

Will the TUSB6250 interface to all Compact Flash Cards - especially the new high capacity cards?

The TUSB6250 has been tested with the newer 4GB and 8GB CF cards.
