We are using SN65LVDT390D to receive 62.6MHz cycle signal. We downloaded the IBIS model from TI site to do a simulation and found that at 62.5MHz, 50 percent duty cycle input, the output is no longer 50 percent. Just wonder if SN65LVDT390D is good for 62.5MHz or there is some problem in its IBIS model?
