TUSB1310A low power mode failures

We have couple of boards with TUSB1310A parts on them, we are seeing low power(U1/U2) modes failures on one board, the Not-working TUSB1310A chip has a marking "2AALPXW" and the working chip has a marking "26APHXW".

Are there any known issues related to Low power modes in the chips with marking "2AALPXW" ?
