yet it is 2014, my company tries to use the TUSB6250 chip and is experiencing difficulties.
Does anybody know where to get an eval board for this chip nowadays?

I didn't find an EVM for this device, can you elaborate what is the application and issue customer is having?

thanks for your response. The TUSB6250 is used as a CF card interface. The problem is that certain CF cards are recognized while others are not. All cards are working perfectly with an integrated CF card reader.
Have you got any idea on how to fix this problem or what could be the cause?
