Hi team,

My customer customer want to find USB-to-UART bridge device.

The TUSB3410 can support USB-to-UART but the UART band rate doesn't up to 4Mbps.

Do we have any device support USB-to-UART and the UART band rate can up to 4Mbps?

    I think TUSB9261 UART interface only for debug.

    Could you please help me to make sure TUSB9261 can support USB to UART?

    Hi Prescott,

    That is the main purpose of the TUSB9261's UART and that is the way it is being used on the current firmware, since the main functionality of the TUSB9261 is to serve as a USB3 to SATA bridge. However, the 9261's UART can be used for other purposes, although it will require the development of a special firmware for fulfilling that special purpose, that is why I asked for the business opportunity for this project. Could you please send the business case for this to my e-mail?
