Hi,

Our customer uses TUSB9261IPVP.
They connected the LED at the PWM0(#2pin).
Their condition is USB suspend.

Firmware ver : V1.03 & V1.04

When following condition, it occured different behavior at LED.

[Case 1]
 - OS is WindowsXP/8.0/8.1.

[Case 2]
 - OS is Windows Embedded Standard7 and 7 Pro.

The Case 1,LED is flashing.
The Case 2,LED is off.

Why did occur different bevavior?

Please give me some advice.

Best regards.

  • Hi,
I'm sorry very late to reply to you.

There was no reply from the customer until now.

I confirmed confirmation of the each LED's status.

PWM1 has output the pulse of 1Khz.
    However, PWM1 is NC.

    PWM0's condition is below.

  • Hello,

Concerning this matter, has there been any developments?

    Best regards,
  • Hello,

According with our tests, the LED works as declared on the datasheet with both OS using the default firmware.
It is really not dependent on the operating system, that LED is controlled by the link state reported by the USB core hardware, so any issue will be related to the USB host controller.
