Hi Team,

Could you please let me confirm how to treat the following unused input/output pins of the SN75DP130DS ? I am thinking that these pins could be left open.

Pin 8 : CAD_SRC
Pin 9 : HPD_SRC
Pin 33 : SCL_DDC
Pin 34 : SDA_DDC

    Hello Kawai,

    Indeed, it is possible to leave the DDC pins unconnected when you use the SN75DP130 in DP-only mode. For the CAD_SRC pin, you can either leave it unconnected or controlled by CAD_SNK (depending on the implemented ode and the GPU options). HPD_SRC can also be unconnected, however the customer must take into account how tho handle the hot plug detection.

    It would be useful if you share the specific case, then I can provide a precise recommendation for the customer.
