Hello,

I have a problem and schematic review of TUSB501 looks like USB3.0 gender.

Application : USB3.0 gender

Problem : USB3.0 is not indication and only USB2.0 indication.

I refer to TUSB501 EVM User's Guide file.

And I request review of DE,OS,EQ and Micro-B connection below schematic.

Pls your comment.

Hello Eddy,

Seems that you have over equalization, please try by using the lowest settings: EQ=LOW, OS=LOW DE=LOW.

I find something different Pin description(5,6,8,9) is USB3_type_ B connector(Ti evm user) and USB B connector(below attached file).

Hello Diego,
I need your support and I'm sorry for contact again.
USB3.0 Camera is Point grey(GS3-U3-23S6M-C), but version is only USB2.0 indication.
Customer want to checking TUSB501EVM operation.
If you have a TUSB501EVM and send us it, please answer my email.

Hello Eddy,

There is no issue on the schematic, as you can see on the file you attached, the pin 5 is STDA_SSRX (TR from the standard A connector), which has to be connected to the TX pin of the re-driver. Now regarding to your latest response, please send an email to diego.cortes@ti.com and explain the issue, Is the camera connecting to USB2 only or is a USB2 camera.
