Hi Team,

I would like to ask 2 questions for SN65LVPE502A.

(1)
I think the datasheet on the following page.12 "TYPICAL EYE DIAGRAM AND PERFORMANCE CURVE" is the example to set EQ and DE for CH1(Host_RX, Device_TX).
Is there any data(example) for CH2(Device_RX, Host_TX) on the same condition?

(2)
If the cable length between SN65LVPE502A and Device will be variable depend on end customers, how to set EQ for CH2?
Do we have to set EQ under worst case(longest cable) condition?

    Hello Yaita-san,

    The performance of both channels is the same, the difference between the Host and Device side is the Rx detection.

    The EQ settings depends on the cable loss parameters, the customer should concern to configure the re-driver to have the best signal quality in the USB connector.
