I've trying to get the complete data sheet for the TUSB211. After contacting TI support they said I needed to execute a NDA with my distributor. The requested NDA has been executed with Arrow, but they are still unable to supply the requested documentation. This message is their recommendation on the next step in trying to get the required design documents.

    I can't find any executed NDA with Digimeister.
    If you can provide NDA# I will verify and send datasheet to you.

    The NDA was executed through my other company Exogal, LLC with Arrow Electronics in Minneapolis, MN.


    It is beyond me how you can have a part that is in distribution and available for purchase and not be able to deliver a data sheet that gives even basic design information. Your left hand obviously does not know what the right hand is doing. I've run out of time and need to produce a prototype, so I'm removing the part from the design.

    I the past TI was a high on my preferred vendor list but his foul up has definitely moved you down several notches. If you would make it apparent that the part required a NDA on the website you could have avoided this. Instead you keep pretending that the limited data sheet you have posted has some kind a engineering value.
