TLK2711A on low frequency

Hi

I'd like to use a TLK2711A, to transmit a parallel video signal. My idea was to connect RXCLK to the PCLK of the camera sensor. What if I decide to scale down the image so much, that PCLK would go below the minimal frequency of 80MHz? What if PCLK is gated during blanking periods? Will I have to use a different clock source?
