There is the IDD(2PIX) specification as 370mA in the TFP401A-Q1 datasheet. 
Could you please let me know the supply current (max) when 1pix/CLK?

    Hello,
    Unfortunately we don't have the number for your exact setting, there are just too many different possible scenarios to have the exact number for each one (pixel clock, video pattern, input voltage...), that is why we provide a reference at the mid range of the operating frequency and with 2pixel/clock.
    Depending on the pixel clock, the TFP will draw from 90mA to about 250mA with one pixel/clock.
