Hi all.

I would like to know the transfer rate of USB2.0 and USB3.0.

At my customer, transfer speed on Blu-ray drive (SATA)
· Maximum effective speed of USB 2.0 conversion is about 280 Mbps
· Maximum effective speed of USB 3.0 conversion is about 330 Mbps
They confirmed the actual measurement value.
(About 430 Mbps in direct connection with SATA)

I would like to get yhour comment as soon as possible.

Hello,
Unfortunately there is no a magic number, USB throughput will depend on platform, processor, host controller, operating system, disk drive, etc.
The bets way to get an approach is to use a TUSB9261 evaluation board on your system.
I would say that 330Mbps makes a lot of sense.

· Maximum effective speed of USB 2.0 conversion is about 280 Mbps
· Maximum effective speed of USB 3.0 conversion is about 330 Mbps

I think that there are some restrictions on the chip itself.
How much loss is there?
It will be helpful if you let me know the reference value of USB2.0 and USB3.0.

Sorry why 330Mbps of USB3.0 makes a lot of sense?

Is this value EVM?
and how about reference values forUSB2.0?

I think the value of transfer rate of USB2.0 and USB3.0 are same value.
Is my understanding correct?

The value I provided is with the EVM and USB3.0, the throughput will be different in USB2.0, I don't have a reference number for USB2.0
