Hi,

Regarding solder mask, we have 2 options as below.  Which one should customer choose?  Always choose the left one since it's a preferred option?

    Hi Antony,

    This NSMD vs SMD selection depends on the application and fabrication.
    We recommend NSMD for BGA because it gives more precision to defin the copper land and more reliable solder joint.
    You can consult with your PCB foundry if their process works better with NSMD or SMD.
