Hi 

can you provide me HD3SS3415RUA  Max Tj temperature?

can i know the temperature is 150 as ABS temperature?

    The HD3SS3415 does not have a maximum Tj listed in the datasheet.  The device is specified to operate with a maximum of 70C ambient temperature.  Since the power dissipated by the HD2SS3415 is relatively low, the Tj should not be much higher than the PCB temperature or ambient whichever is higher.

    The 150C specification in the datasheet is storage only.  Not for regular operation.
