Hello:

Our customer have some question of SN65DSI86  in VR application scenario.Now we hope that you can offer some answer to us.

VR application scenario,Input & output frame rate:90Hz.

Question 1:Could you provide the typical Timing Requirements to customer.They want know how much Timing Requirements when SN65DSI86 in normal working.And The delay of a single frame input to output time is they most care about.

Question 2:Could you provide the typical power dissipation when SN65DSI86 in normal working.Customer care about SN65DSI86 low power and ULPS mode typical value.

    Hello Jorry,

    The SN65DSI86 will buffer a full video line before starting DP transmission. ( the DP interface will always be one line behind the DSI interface)

    The low power consumption is stated in the device datasheet in the Electrical Characteristics table (ISUSPEND_CCA, ISUSPEND_CC and ISUSPEND_CCIO).
