I send you my comments regarding your schematic.

- As our Datasheet say, You have to have .01uF capacitor for each VCC pin directly to ground. In your schematic, you have .1uF.
- As our Datasheet say, we recommend adding a 1k resistor from HPD source pin to the HDMI connector.

Please, take a look into the application information, fix the schematic and after that, we can help you to check your schematic.
