TFP401A: HDMI to 24-bit Display

Hello,

I am bit new in HDMI/24bit RGB display  Interface. My project requirement is as following.

Step 1. Use MSP4032 controller as  front end ADC(24 channel  with 1 msec sample rate ) and transfer the data  via SPI to one of Linux based board . ( beagle bone black/ raspbery pi/oraneg pi.)

Step 2 . Develop application on Linux to display all sampled data and transmit to HDMI port.

Step 3. Convert HDMI signal to 24-bit RGB interface to drive 7" and 10.1" display . datasheets are attached.

I am at step 3 and this is now trouble for me.

I have gone through the TFP401A datasheet  but  no development boards are available . 

Can somebody guide me how to proceed ?
