Please allow me to ask you about the internal pull up for RSTN pin.
User is required to release reset after more than 100us from Vcc/Vdd are stable.
When RSTN is controlled with external cap, we need to calculate the capacitance to meet above requirement.
In this case we need to know the following 2 information.
1). What is the internal pull up resistor variation ? Rrstn=150k Ohm (TYP). What is MIN and MAX ?
2). When used in single supply mode, what is the MIN and MAX spec for the regulated Vddd output ?
