SN65DP159: Recommended Pull-up, Pull-down resistor 65k Ohm +/- 10% would not meet the VIH/VIM/VIL requirement

Hi Team,

Our customer had designed DP159 control pins based on the related thread which recommended pull-up and pull-down resistor is 68k Ohm, tolerance is +/-1%. (EVM uses 65k Ohm.)

With this pull-up and pull-down resistor the voltage observed at the pins are the followings.

-------------------------------
Pull-Up : 2.54V
Pull-Down : 0.42V
Floating : 0.82V

VCC : 3.32V
VDD : 1.09V
-------------------------------

Required pin voltage for DP159 is below.

Do you have any idea why this may happen ? Is the requirement of 65K Ohm +/-10% tolerance the correct recommended pull up/down resistor range ?

Your advice is greatly appreciated.

Best Regards,

Kawai
