1) When Vcc1(pin1) is 3.3V, Vi (pin2) is high Z, Vcc2(pin 8) power is off (low impedance), is there any problem running part like this long term?
2) What is the output level Vo (pin 6) when Vcc1(pin1) is off, Vi (pin2) is high Z, Vcc2(pin 8) power is on.
3) Is there any problem running part like this (see question 2)?
