LM8323 Question

Hi !

I need an information about LM8323.

1:Can I use Rotary Encoder device type?
 -Incremental Type?      (2 phase , phase different ?)
 -Absolute Type?          (Binary output?)

2:May I have "Part Number" &  "Maker Name" for example.
