Could you tell me the MM ESD rating value of ULN2003A and ULN2003B?

Hello Sasaki-san,
These devices have passed up to 300V MM.

Hello Sasaki-san,
This die was tested to 200V MM and passed. It may be higher, but I do not have data past 200V.

Michael
Michael-san,
You said it was 300V MM in previous your response. Did it change to 200V MM from 300V MM by PCN device Rev change?

Hello Sasaki-san,
My apologies, the device passes up to 200 V MM, based on test data that we have.
We do not guarantee the MM by the datasheet like the HBM and CDM, but the 200V is based on some test data.
Typically the MM is about 1/10 the voltage rating of the HBM, so 200V is appropriate.
This article suggests that the Machine Model is being de-emphasized as the HBM is a good indicator of the Machine Model.
