Dear Technical Support Team,

 

I have a question about SN75161BDW.

 

Can input pin（NRFD-16pin, NDAC-17pin, SRQ-12pin）accept High-z?

I worry about that internal transistors are damaged by High-Z.

Datasheet Page.2 describes bellow.

Each receiver features pnp transistor inputs for high input impedance and hysteresis of 400 mV

for increased noise immunity.

    I do not expect any damage for HI-Z on these pins.
    Do you have any expectation for the pins operate as if they ware low or high when they HI-Z?

    →Does it mean that the internal circuit provide low or high level if HI-Z on these pins?
    It's ok that device doesn't any damage for HI-Z on these pins.
