Dear Sir :
If /OE connect to GND, then input B port is "high impedance".
What's A port ??
If Oe is Gnd then B is will be connected to A. Not High impedance. If Oe is high the the switch is Open and not connected to A. The A pin will be high impedance when OE is high and the B pin will be at the Bias level.
Hello Chris,
can you please explain the "Bias level" thing in more detail?
Up to now, I thought that both sides of the switch are high impedance when the switch is off.
I am looking forward to your answer.
Regards,
Niels
take a look at level 3 in the attached. The Bias pin precharges the I/Os ath powerup by connecting the Bias pin before Vcc.
If you do not need this feature then use the SN74CB3Q16211 instead. Same part without Bias pin.
Chris,
thanks for the explanation.
