Hi all,

Using 3.3V instead of 5V as voltage level on the ULN2803A inputs what is the maximum current that can be obtained?

Could it be interfaced on 3.3V logic or requires 5V to work properly?

Thanks in advance

    Hello Pasquale,

I have used the ULN2803A with 3.3V logic level input to directly switch LEDs at up to 15V @ 250 mA per channel.  The switching frequency was between 0 and 50 kHz for multiplexing a 6 digit, 7-Seg Display.  There have been no issues so far and it has been operating for 8 months.
