Can you please provide the following information for the TPD2E001DRLRG4 part?

  1. Junction Temperature Max (Tj Max)
  2. Typical Power, (Pd typ)
  3. Maximum Power (Pd max)T
  4. Thermal Resistance Junction to Ambient (Theta JA)
  5. Thermal Resistance Junction to Board (Theta JB)              
  6. Thermal Resistance Junction to Case (Theta JC)
  7. Weight

    From those specs, it seems you would like to use this device as a regulation diode? Could you tell us your application so we can better help you?

    We are gathering the absolute values and providing the data to the thermal team for their analysis.
