The Absolute Maximum DC voltage that we should apply to D+/D- lines is 6 V. 14.4 V exceeds this.

I have knew already the absolute maximum DC voltage on TPD3S0X4.
When the device is dead by adding over maximum voltage(14.4V), Is it possible that the adding Voltage on D+/D-(14.4V) go through to EN and IN of Pin?
Whether it is just burnt out or reverse current break through D+/D- to IN/EN for temporally.
This purpose is one of safety test in Automotive enviroments.
Please let me know.

With 14.4 V applied to the D+/D- lines, once the ESD cells fail it is possible that the voltage could appear on EN or IN.

One thing more, How about adding 14.4V to the out pin of TPD3S0X4?
When adding over maximum voltage(14.4V) to the out Pin of TPD3S0x6, Is it possible that the adding Voltage on the Out(14.4V) go through to EN and IN of Pin?
My customer want to know diverified test condition for TPD3S0X4.

We do not characterize a device for a voltage to a pin which exceeds it absolute maximum rating. So I am really not able to predict what will happen, as the device is designed to work within those parameters, and not outside of them.
