I'm trying to use the tpd4e02b04 s-parameter model in ADS. It's a 4-port model that's supposed to represent the 4-lane ESD diodes. The tpd4e02b04 is a 10-pin device, where pins 3 and 8 are grounded. pins 1, 2, 4, and 5 are the IO pins respectively for lines 1-4, and the other pins are NC. The confusion arises when looking at the s-parameter file, where it illustrates that ports 1 and 2 match to pins 1 and, but ports 3 and 4 match to 10 and 9, and also mentions that pins 1 and 10 are to be shorted, as well as 2 and 9. Does not mean that port 1 = port 3, and port 2 = port 4?
Does anyone have any idea on how to connect this?
