TCA9554A - “200-V Machine Model (A115-A)"

Hi Team,

 

We found difference between “Old datasheet (SCPS196A)” and “New datasheet (SCPS196B)”.

So, we would like to know the reason why " 200-V Machine Model (A115-A)" is not listed in the New datasheet (SCPS196B).

Could you please let us know it if you have any information?

    TI has rolled out a new datasheet standard for the majority of our products.

    With this new standard, we have added information to some sections (Thermal Information, for example) and removed information from some sections (Handling Ratings, for example) based on customer feedback.

    The Machine Model was not required by the majority of customers anymore, and therefore new products are not tested for this type of ESD during characterization.
