Hi,

Do you recommend that the A-side pins must be connected to the master device if the power supply for VCCA and VCCB is 5.0V ?
Could you please give us your advice about it ?

Is there a plan to use multiple TCA9517 devices, or only 1 on this bus line?

It does not matter which side is connected to the master. Please note that B-sides of the device cannot be connected to the same node if you need signal to propagate through them both.
