what is the internal pull-up resistor size at the enable input of TCA9617?

Hello Marcel,

The internal pull-up resistor on the EN pin is about 10k ohm in value.

In addition to that, is it possible to connect the A-side of two TCA9617A together?

Hello Marcel,

It is allowed to connect the A sides of the TCA9617A together. The B sides may not be connected together, but that is the only requirement.
