Power Requirement of Voltage Translator ICs

Hi,

We are planning to use PCA9306DCTR, TXS0108EPWR and SN74AVC4T245DR parts in our design. We need the current requirements of these parts for the power supply design. We see that it mentions "Continuous channel current" parameter, However, as per our understanding, this is not consumed by the device. Can you please let us know the current requirements for these devices and also it takes power from which of the two voltage rails.
