    Hi Nanfang,

    There shouldn't be an issue with cascading two PCA9545 I2C switches, however I do want you to be aware that this isn't recommended. This is because the more slave devices you add to your channels, the more capacitance you will have on your bus. Also, there may be an issue of pullup strength depending on the number of devices throughout the I2C bus.
