no SDA output in PCA9555 in startup

issue reported that there is no SDA output in PCA9555 in room temperature(20C degree) in start up(fail shows in random). it looks match to power-on reset errata state in datasheet.

questions: 

1) any idea about this abnormal behavior in PCA9555?

2) customer would like to have a record to know when we add the  power-on reset errata state in latest datasheet? (they did not get PCN release before)

    Hi Peter,

    This will be much easier to provide support if the customer can provide waveforms of their SCL, SDA, and voltage ramp. If this is in fact the Power-on reset issue, I'd highly suggest trying to lead them toward our TCA9555 which has corrected this error to allow for longer ramp times.

    To answer your question about the date this change was made, please refer to the table of contents which details major changes made to datasheets.
