Hello,

Our customer use the TCA9509, with QFN package.

The customer will solder the pad to GND.

Could you give me the recommended land pattern for soldering?

Hello Naoki-San,

The pads will be rectangular with a 0.3mm x 0.4mm, with the exception of the center pad being a 0.4mm x 0.4mm. See drawing below
