do we have level shifterdedicated  for NAND FLASH (to use with NAND FLASH 3V, AND CPU 1.8V),or need std level shifter like SN74LVC8T245?

    Hi, Eli,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Yes, you are right, we don't have the special design for the NAND FlASH interface. but you can use the std Level shifter.

    For your application, I recommend you to use the SN74AVC8T245 or SN74AVC16T245. These parts can work at 1.2V to 3.6V power supply and have better performance than LVC part especailly for the propgation delay and data rate. Please think about your Data speed and choose the parts.
