Hi,

i tried to use the TXB0304 for our new design... During the simulation everything seems to be ok but on the real hardware nothing happens. No output signal - on any pin or in any direction. Supplies checked, OE pin checked, ...

We tried every possible combination of voltages and directions but it was not possible the get any signal out of the TXB0304.

Is there any application-note or an external component or anything else we could try?

    Could you please share us information about your real hardware?  Like schematic.

    Also have you checked the PIN1 position of the part? whether is it the soldering issue or not?

    soldering was not the problem...

    The samples I got from my trainee were not the TXB0304.
    He ordered TXBN0304 --> grr :-(

    After setting the OE pin correct everything is working fine!
