I am wondering that why there is the requirement of VCCA<=VCCB, actually in partial power down mode, VCCA can exceed VCCA, right?

    Hi,

    For VCCA<=VCCB requirement, it means that when TXB0108 is at normal operation, VCCA should be less than VCCB. The 'partial power down mode' means that TXB0108 port will be at high-impedance when VCCA or VCCB is unpowered.
