Wrong Output Signal, TXB0106

Is there pull-up or pull-down resistor on the output signal?  Could you give PCB trace length of output signal?

Hi,

there is no pull-up or pull-down resistor on the output signal. The trace lengt of the output signal is about 28mm from the level-shifter to the output-connector...

Could please check input signal waveform? It is better to post the snapshot.

There is a requirement about rise rate. It should be less than 40ns/V.

I don't have solution in my mind either. But some testing may can help us to find the solution.

1. Could you change input signal from 2MHz to 4MHz?

2. Could you please isolate the TXB0106 wiht backend device?
