Hello,

is there a bidirectional level translator with Vcc = 2.5 - 3.3 V, static Icc < 10 uA able to translate open drain pull up ports, VpullA = Vcc, VpullB = 2 - 5,5 V. The speed of the interface is 100 KHz and less.

Hi Martin,

The device could be TXS010X (TXS0101: one bit, TXS0102: two bit, TXS0104E: four bit). Their static current is more than 10uA. Its max value is 14.4uA.

Please check these device datasheet.

Dear Wei,

thanks for your suggestion but I think this part is not suitable as it has high level input voltage recommended to max Vcci.I need it to be max 5,5 for port B.
