Hi,
I have some quesions and hope to get your help.I am now designing board 2 which will work with board 1.Because the level question, I choose Max3013(MAXIM) for level conversion on board 2. But I am not sure whether the data path can work properly? and if there are other better solutions?

Hi Chao,

Have you looked at the LSF0108? It has high enough bandwidth for your application and supports 8-channel level translation.

Dose LSF0108 has the current strength and load impedance demands?I don't find in datasheet.

In addition,because I have not used LSF0108 ,could you help to evaluate the use descriped in the figure before when change MAX3013 to LSF0108?

Hi Chao,

The LSF0108 does not have its own current drive. It is actually a FET switch that uses pullup resistors to translate voltage. If you include the LSF0108, the SN74LVC16245 will determine the current driving capability of the system.

According your advice, I have changed the Max3013 to LSF0108.

Would you please take a look at the circuit attached?Can it work correctly? do i need to add RAPU to An ports?
