SDIO Voltage translator TXS02612 issue

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TXS02612

Hi

I use the TXS02612 between a FPGA and SD-card slot / e-mmc. Voltage levels on FPGA is 2.5V and on the SD card / e-mmc -side the voltage level is 3.3V. This solution has worked fine on the first 8 prototypes we tested. On the 9th prototype, the voltage level on the CMDB0 signal / pin20 is only 2.4V when the SD card is mounted. The signal has a 4k7 pull-up to 3.3V and the same SD card works fine on the other prototypes we have (measuring 3.3V signal level as expected). When the SD Card is not mounted, the signal level is 3.3V. Is it reasonable to think that it is an issue with only this TXS02612 chip, and that it does not manage to drive the line / SD card?

Best regards,
