SN74AVCA406E

I checked already on the datasheet ,  Clock frequency is specified at 95Mhz .

this should be intended as maximum frequency , correct?

I mean that I can use a CLK frequency lower than 95Mhz.

in fact we specify some parameters at 10Mhz, just for confirmation

Thank you

  • Hi, Daniele

Yes, this value is the minimum value for the maximum frequency that theSN74AVCA406AE can achieve with the 15pF capacitive load. (the test condition is at the datasheet page 15)

Usually, the more capacitive load, the lower speed for the part running. and we suggest customer to do the simulation to get the maximum frequency our part can achieve in their load condition by using the IBIS model.

While for your application 10MHz, it should be no problem , this part can handle well.
