LSF0102 basic question

I would like to ask you some basic questions about LSF1020 as below.

Q1) I understood that LSF1020 is like "analog switch".

So this device does not have an ability to drive other devices.

Is my understanding correct?

Q2) To drive other devices, we should use other level shifter, for example SN74AVCxxx, TXBxxxx.

Is this correct?

Q3) Could you tell me what is the difference between TXS series and LSF series?

Hi Takumi-san,

1) Yes, your understanding is correct. Only the pullup resistors and low-side drivers can drive other devices.

2) Yes, you are correct.

3)I think the TXS devices have their own small amount of current drive and use less power (because no pullups are required). However, the LSF devices are much faster. I will move to Translation forum if you have any more questions about the TXS family.
