We will question the provisions of Δt / Δv of TXB0108/TXS0108.

Time of rise and fall has been specified in the data sheet (SCES643F) page5 Δt/Δv(40ns/V-max).

If a long rise and fall time of the input signal (for example 200us / V), or affect the device work?

(As an example of the impact, it is not possible to switch direction, it can not recognize the signal level, the transient current due to switching)

Please confirm if the output drivers are push-pull forboth TXS and TXB parts.

I will confirm on the one-shot operation and let you know.

As mentioned, one worst case condition I can think of is the One-Shot functionality. During slow ramp rates (but also a function of process, voltage, temperature, and loading conditions), the one shot will fire and the output may not reach logic level high. For example, if a 200us pulse is applied at the input, the output is shown below. The one shot fires a little before 100u and the output returns to its original state.
