TXS0104 Noise Problem

Hi,

I am getting this signal from oscilloscope. After rising edge the noise is on the signal. why am I getting this result?any advice?

  • Hello Murat,

Could you explain your probe points? I'm not sure what I am looking at. Is the yellow channel the input of a side, and 2 is the output?

This looks like significant noise coupling. but it's interesting that you are getting such large amplitude noise centered around 0V of the TXS0104. Please check and make sure that your probes are set to DC coupling and 1M impedance.

Do you have a decoupling capacitor at your VCC pin? Are your traces/wires close to any other signals which are switching?
  • Hello Jonathan,
You are absoluetly right. The problem is oscilloscope probe.I changed it with original textronix probe and everthing is ok.There is no noise on signal.

Thank u so much for your help.
  • Hello Murat,

Thanks for the update. I'm glad it was a simple fix. Please let me know if there is anything else you require.
