I am looking for hot insertion –bus switch similar to sn74cb3t3125, input signals will be 800MHz.  Do we have such a device?

    Robin,

    I filtered the switch and muxes parametric tables on TI.com for device with bandwidths greater than 800MHz and SPST 1:1 configuration.  The results are here or pictured below.

    I will move this thread to the level shifters forum since this device has level shifting capability as well as bus isolation switch.  I don't know if you customer wants the level shifting or just the 800MHz signal bus isolation.

    Hi Robin ,

    Apart from the selection shown above , you will need to consider specifically for live insertions , need Ioff capability , OE pins which can be used to disabling the outputs during power up power down .
    sn74CB3Q3125 is high bandwidth part upto 500Mhz.
