Goal
Translate from 3.3V to 1.8V.
Setup
VCCA = OE = 1.8V
VCCB = 3.3V
Scope observation
1.8V output signal not as expected, output not switching.
Questions
Q1. Assuming IIL/IIH > 20mA which should be enough to over drive translator B, what is does the input translation
rise or fall rate max spec (40ns/v) mean? Does this mean that the edge rate should be faster then 40ns/v x 3.3v = 132ns
or slower then 132ns.
Q2. Neglecting the edge rate spec and only considering the min pulse width of 17ns, does this mean that the
max frequency of the part is 1/pulse width = 58MHz?
