In Section 8 of SLVA746-Oct 2015, it states that the output of SN74LVCxT245 should not use pullup. But on page 16 of the reference design: tidrc79, a 4.7k pullup is used for the output.
What is the reason for this pullup?
Could a weak pullup be used in the output of SN74LVCxT245?
